Terms of Service.

These are the rules for using Realer. By joining the waitlist, downloading the app, or using the Service, you're agreeing to them. We've tried to keep them readable.

1. Who we are

Realer ("we," "us," "our") provides the website at realer.vip and the Realer mobile application (the "Service"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Realer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use Realer. If you're using the Service on behalf of someone else (e.g., a brand or organization), you confirm you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate others.
• Notify us immediately at info@realer.vip if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no purchase obligation. Spots are not guaranteed, and your position can move based on referrals and other factors. Referral links are tied to the email that signed up — sharing your link helps you move up; impersonation, fake signups, or bots will get you removed.

5. Acceptable use

Realer is for staying close with the people who matter to you. Don't use it to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or stalk anyone
• Share content that's illegal, abusive, or sexually exploits minors
• Send spam, phishing, or malware
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to violate anyone's rights, including IP and privacy
• Circumvent rate limits, security features, or referral systems

We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

6. Your content

You own what you post. Clips, messages, profile info — yours. By using Realer, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service (deliver it to the people you're talking to, basically). This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, which for clips happens automatically within 24 hours.

We don't claim ownership, we don't repurpose your content for marketing, and we don't train AI on it.

7. Our content

The Realer name, logo, design, branding, and software are owned by us. You can use the Service, but you can't copy, modify, or repurpose our brand assets without permission.

8. The launch party

Tickets, RSVPs, and event details for the launch party are managed through Posh. Their terms apply to the event itself. We reserve the right to deny entry, change the venue/date, or cancel the event for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep Realer running, but we can't guarantee zero downtime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (or the whole Service) at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for major changes affecting active users where we can.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realer and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Realer harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You can stop using Realer and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we're required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) will survive.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
